This notice follows Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).
What we collect
- Messages you send through the contact form: your name, email, and any phone number, role or message you add. We use them only to reply and to check the correction or claim you sent.
- Your location, if you choose "Use my location" on the near-me page. It is used in your browser to sort results and is never sent to us.
- Visit statistics collected by our hosting platform (pages viewed, rough location by country, device type), with no advertising trackers.
Who sees it
Messages are stored by our website platform, Heysegment, and read by the person who runs this site. We do not sell or share personal data.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you through the contact form. We reply within 40 days, as the Ordinance requires.
Restaurant information
Listings show business details already published by the Trustees, the restaurant itself or its Google Maps listing. A business can ask for a correction at any time.
